Ingredients:
Dove Breasts- see below for instructions
Swanson beef or chicken broth
Water Chestnuts
Bacon
Jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dove breasts by using a sharp knife to remove the meat from the breast bone. You should have two pieces of breast. Place all breast pieces in a sauce pan and cover at least two inches with Swason broth. On medium heat, bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
After the breasts have cooled, take a water chestnut, using one half between dove pieces, wrap with one half strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick that has been soaked in water. Another option is to use a slice of Jalapeno pepper between the two pieces of dove breast, or just the dove and bacon.
Place the bacon wrapped dove on a charcoal or gas grill until the bacon is done.
Enjoy!
