¾ c. flour
¼ c. brown sugar
½ c. rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ c. butter, cut in small pieces

Filling
1 lb. (16 oz.) fresh or frozen mixed berries, fresh or frozen (blackberries, strawberries,and raspberries), thawed
⅔ c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 tbsp butter

Topping: Mix together flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut in butter int a pastry cutter or two forks.

Filling: Mix berries with sugar, cornstarch and salt.

Spoon into 9 X 9-inch glass baking dish. Top berries with crumble topping, covering berries. Bake cobbler 55 minutes at 400º or until filling is bubbling, covering loosely with a sheet of foil if the top browns too quickly. Refrigerate any leftovers.
