6 lbs ground italian sausage
6 lbs ground beef

½ c. olive oil
2 cube butter, melted

2 bulbs garlic
4 carrots, diced
6 celery stalks sliced with leaves
5 large onions
12 brown italian mushrooms, sliced

3 stalks fresh oregano, pulled off stem
1 stalk fresh rosemary, pulled off stem
3 bunches fresh basil, pulled from stem
8 fresh bay leaves
1 bunch italian parsley, chopped finely

4 small cans tomato paste
4 lrg cans tomato sauce
10 cans diced tomatoes
8 cans italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
salt & pepper

Brown meat.

In separate pot, melt butter and olive oil, add garlic, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms and saute together. Then add meat. Then add all remaining ingredients and cook together all day.
