1/4 cup butter..
1 can cream of chicken soup...
3 green scallions...
1 2 pound bag hash brown potatoes...
1 pint sour cream...
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese...
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º...
Melt butter in sauce pan...
Add soup and heat through...
Add soup mixture and stir into potatoes...
Now add the green onions, sour cream and cheddar cheese and mix thoroughly...
Pour mixture into a 9 by 13 glass baking dish and sprinkle with crushed potato chips
Bake for 45 minutes or when it's bubbly...
