2 pkgs yeast
2 teaspoon sugar
2 cups water
5 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar and water together in a bowl. Let rise for 10 minutes.

Beat eggs add sugar and beat again. Add oil, salt and yeast mixture and beat well.

Add 7 cups flour. Knead well and leave some oil at end so it will not tick to hands. Let rise till double in bulk. Punch down once and let rise again. Pan out and let rise.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
