2 cans (15-16 oz.) salmon, drained, liquid reserved
2 eggs
milk
3 c. coarse cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
¼ tsp. each salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon. Remove bones and skin. Blend in eggs. Add enough milk to reserved salmon liquid to make 1½ cups. Stir into salmon with remaining ingredients. Spoon lightly into greased 9 X 5 X3 inch loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350º. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
