2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cubed
1 c. finely diced celery
½ tsp. salt
½ c. slivered almonds (4oz. pkg.)
1 tbsp. chives, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ c. real mayonnaise
½ c. white sauce

White Sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts first, then cool and cube. Mix first 8 ingredients and combine thoroughly. Bake at 350º in a shallow baking dish 15-20 minutes until hot.

White Sauce Instructions: Combine all ingredients listed and cook over low heat until sooth and bubbling.
