2 cups sugar
½ cup spry
½ cup dry cocoa
1 tsp soda in 1 cup boiling water
½ sour milk (1 tsp apple vinegar in milk)
¼ tsp soda
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together, add eggs and cocoa (dry) and beat. Add sour milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients along with boiling water.

Bake 350º

Cake: 25 minutes +/-

Cupcakes: 17 minutes

**Do not overmix the cake, mix until you see a couple of air bubbles at medium speed.
