1 Ib lean ground beef or Italian sausage
8 oz. Cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion finely chopped
Mozzarella cheese
chopped tomato extra

1 large bell pepper for each person

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Play sausage in a skillet over medium heat and cook until evenly Brown then drain Grease.
Mixer sausage cream cheese cheddar cheese and green onion together. Spoon in mixture to fill up the bell pepper arranged stuffed bell peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until pepper is good and tender. This can be done with whole bell peppers for Bell Peppers can be cut in halves.
When peppers are cooked thoroughly take them out of the oven and sprinkle them with mozzarella cheese chopped onion and tomato.
