Ingredients:
Ingredients:
YEAST MIXTURE:
1/3 cup warm water
1/4 tsp sugar
1 pkg active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
DOUGH:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk (room temp)
1/2 cup whole milk (room temp)
6 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 cups all-purpose flour
CINNAMON FILLING:
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
4oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2-4 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
In large bowl (I prefer plastic) combine yeast mixture ingredients and let dissolve. Make sure the water isn't so hot that it will kill the yeast. Baby bottle temp is about right. Once dissolved begin adding dough ingredients in the order they are listed. When you get to the flour add until you can no longer stir then use your hands. I spray my hands with cooking oil before kneading to prevent sticking. Get the dough to a soft ball stage and knead for 3-4 minutes. Cover in bowl and let rise until twice its size in a warm place. (I put mine in the microwave for 15 seconds and just leave it for about 30 -40 minutes) Knead the dough again then. Then role out into a big square on a flat surface. I oil my counter so it doesn't stick but you can also use flour. Mix cinnamon filling ingredients together and spread all over the dough. Role the dough up and cut into 1 inch sections. Let rise on pan for another 20-25 min. Bake at 350 20 minutes or until they just start to turn brown on top and are cooked through. Let them cool while you make the frosting. Beat cream cheese while slowly adding powder sugar and then add remaining ingredients. Frost the cinnamon roles and enjoy!
