2 T. butter
2 14.5 oz. cans of chicken broth
¼ cup dry white wine
¼ cup cornstarch
½ cup half & half
1 tsp. tarragon
2 T. diced onions
2 cups diced turkey
1 ½ cups Bisquick
2 cups mixed chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli, green beans, corn, peas, etc.)
½ cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Melt butter in 3 quart pan. Reserve ½ cup of broth. Add remaining broth and white wine to melted butter and bring to a slow boil over medium heat. Combine remaining broth and cornstarch, mix well and whisk into the sauce pan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in half & half, add onion, tarragon, vegetables and turkey. Add salt and pepper. Pour into 4 quart oven-proof pan. Combine mix and the ½ cup milk. Drop by tablespoons over mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
