1 cup flour
1/2 cup dutch process cocoa
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients, and add to dry. Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips over the top of the bread. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
