1 1/2 pounds flank steak
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup grated carrots
Green onion for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips. Put steak pieces and cornstarch in a ziplock bag. Shake to coat.

Add olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and carrots in slow cooker. Stir. Add coated flank steak, and stir again until coated in the sauce.

Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 4 to 5 hours until cooked through and tender.

Garnish with green onions.
