Meatballs
¾ lb. ground beef
¾ cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 ½ T. minced onions
½ tsp. prepared horseradish
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 eggs, beaten
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper


Sauce
¾ cup catsup
½ cup water
¼ cup vinegar
1 T. minced onions
1 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ salt
3 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs
Combine all ingredients. Form into ¾ inch meatballs. Cook meatballs. Pour off drippings. Makes 3 ½ doz.

Sauce
Mix all ingredients. Pour over cooked meatballs. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Shake occasionally. Serve hot.
