3 cups of sugar
¼ cup of water
1 cup of light corn syrup
3 cups of peanuts
1 tsp butter
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combined sugar water and syrup and boil until it spins a thread. Haddon peanuts string constantly cook and stir until it turns brownish gold.
Remove from heat add butter salt and baking soda. Pour on two buttered board to cool. Has candy cools work up from board with spatula. Then let cool and break into pieces.
