3 green apples
3 red apples
¼ cup of pecans
Grapes of any color must be seedless
¼ cup of celery cut into small pieces
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
¼ cup of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples into small pieces leaving peel and making sure to get all core and seeds out. Add in pecans and celery and grapes.
whip up heavy whipping cream till it is good and stiff while adding the sugar.
Mix whipping cream and apples mixture together and chill. This will serve 4 people if you're making it for a larger group just double the recipe.
