Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 box (18.25 oz.) white cake mix 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix 4 large eggs 2/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained and reserve juice Reserved pineapple juice plus water to equal 1 cup 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped pecans Half of medium size ripe banana, mashed 1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries

Directions:	Directions: Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, drained pineapple, pineapple juice, oil and cinnamon. Beat on low speed 1 minute to blend then 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in pecans, banana and cherries. Spread evenly in a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350ºF for 45 to 55 minutes until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar, frost with cream cheese frosting or drizzle with vanilla glaze, if desired.
