Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 3T Seasme oil
Cut up left over veggies in the fridge (Onions, carrots, green beans, peas any veggie you want)
1/4 cup minced onions
3 cloves garlic
2 carrots peeled and diced
2 stalks celery cubed
1/4 any other veggie
1 C chicken, shrimp or any/ no protein whatever you like
3 chive stalks chopped
1/4 C soy sauce or liquid aminos (gluten free) 1 or 2 eggs again preference
3 C leftover rice or make 3C of white or brown rice

Directions: |
Directions:In large sauté pan add 2 T of seasme oil until hot.
Add onions until opaque then add the rest of the veggies sautéed 5-7 mins until veggies are soft
Add protein
Add rice
Crack eggs and whisk then add to rice mixture sautéed until egg is cooked
Add soy sauce and 1T of seasme oil
Sprinkle chives on top and serve |
