Rice Flour 1 cup
Urad Dal 1 cup (Soaked for 6-8 hours)
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Ghee/Oil for Frying
Water ½ - ¾ Cup
Orange/Yellow Food Color 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Pistachios for Garnishing

Blend the Urad Dal and Rice in a Blender by adding water to it.
Make sure this paste should not be too thick and not too thin.
Pour in a bowl, add rest of the ingredients.
Now fill this paste in a piping bag (you can use soft plastic bag or cloth). Cut it from the
bottom and start frying jalebis.
Cook in Moderately hot Ghee. Cook till Bubbling Reduces. Flip to cook till crisp.

Make Sugar Syrup first and then dip hot jalebi direct from pan to warm sugar syrup.
Soak for 30 seconds and serve hot with Pistachios garnishing.
