1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter together, add oil and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients, add to sugar mixture. Roll into 1" balls or roll flat for cutouts. Dip in sugar and place onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes 350º.
