25 Gallon Crock or Barrel
15 lb Rye
1 lb Yeast
30 lb Sugar (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Fill crock with lukewarm water up to 2 inches from the top. Add 1 lb yeast. Stir every day.

Keep in warm temperature (65 to 80 deg. F).

Generally works 5 to 9 days.

When everything goes to bottom, it is done.

Strain and Still. For second Still, add same, all but Rye.
