1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup salad oil
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T butter

Mix ingredients well and put in pan. Bake at 325 for one hour.
