9 large potatoes peeled, boiled and mashed
12 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 12 ounce sour cream
salt pepper to taste
4 Tablespoons butter dot on top

Mix all ingredients with mixer until smooth. Put in greased casserole dish, cover lightly with foil. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes
