1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano
5 oz. pepperoni (or cooked sausage)
lb. sliced provolone cheese
cup flour
12 oz. mozzarella shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw dough overnight or at least 6 hours. Roll out bread dough on flour. Mix oregano with egg. Brush the bread dough with of the oregano and egg mixture. Within 1 inch of edges layer provolone, then pepperoni, provolone and mozzarella. Fold over like a strudel. Tuck in the ends. Brush with rest of egg mixture. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve with marinara or spaghetti sauce.
