2 lbs. boneless beef steak
3 tbsp. butter
2 onions, sliced
5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans beef broth
paprika, to garnish
parsley, to garnish
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef steak into thin strips. Heat 1 tbsp. butter in skillet; brown beef. Spoon beef and drippings into a bowl and set aside. Melt remaining
