6 boneless, skinless breasts
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 C seasoned flour (salt and pepper)
1-2 C freshly grated parmesan cheese
3 T butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 26 oz jar of Newman's spaghetti sauce
2 C grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Dip chicken in egg, then flour, then in parmesan, forcing the cheese in all the nooks and crannies. Fry chicken in butter in a skillet, 3-5 minutes per side. Remove and place chicken in a baking dish. Cover the chicken with onion, then spaghetti sauce, then mozzarella, and any left over parmesan. Bake at 350, uncovered, till browned on top, about 30-40 minutes.
