3 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp allspice
3/4 tsp salt
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup pure vegetable oil
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups golden raisins
1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice

Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, spices,and salt. Thoroughly mix tomato sauce and soda in small bowl, add flour mixture. stir in eggs, oil, nuts, raisins and fruit juice, mix well.

Pour into greased and floured 19 inch bundt or tube pan.

Bake at 350º - 45 to 55 mins
Cool in pan 15 mins before turning out in serving plate.
