1 container (15 oz) Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg (21.1 oz) brownie mix
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Line 13 x 9 baking pan with foil, lightly grease

Beat - cheese, sugar, cornstarch,eggs, vanilla at medium speed until smooth

Prepare brownie mix as directed

Spread 2/3 brownie mix batter in pan. Spread cheese mixture over brownie mix. Drop remaining brownie mix by spoonfuls. Cut thru with knife.

Bake 50 min. until toothpick is clean
Cool/ cut into squares
