3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar

1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
⅔ c. water
2 c. grated zucchini

1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and set aside. I separate bowl, combine wet ingredients with mixer. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Add nuts. Put in greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
