2 smoked turkey wings
2 quarts of water
3cloves of garlic crushed
1 large onion chopped
2 teaspoons of salt
2 hot chili peppers seeded and chopped
3 bunches of collard greens (washed stems removed and cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Bring turkey wings, ,water garlic, onion salt and peppers to boil in large saucepot. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer1 to 1 1/2 hours or until almost tender.

Add greens - return to boil. Simmer uncovered 40 to 50 minutes or until greens are tender. Remove turkey from bones and return to pot. Serve with cornbread.
