2 cups baking mix
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs
half bag milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat griddle to 350º. Mix all ingredients. Melt butter on griddle and drop mix onto griddle. When first side starts to bubble and edges are firm, flip pancake. Continue to cook until golden brown and serve.
