Short wooden skewers
1 lb Pork Steak- cubed
1 lb Veal- cubed
2 eggs
Cracker Crumbs
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork steak and veal into cubes. Alternate while putting onto wooden skewers. In a shallow dish lightly beat eggs. In another dish put in cracker crumbs. Roll meat in egg and then cracker crumbs, then salt and pepper. Fry in oil until browned. Put in Dutch oven (do not crowd) and bake at 350 for 1 1/2- 2 hours or until meat is very tender. Add water before baking to make gravy from drippings.
