Semi-Sweet Chocolate 12 oz
Butter melted 3/4 c
Iodized salt 1/2 tsp
Eggs whipped 6 ea
Sugar 1 1/2 c
Fresh Berries 1 c
Whipped Cream 2 c

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10'' round aluminum pie dish with Pam. Dust with flour.
2. Bring a small sauce pot of water to a boil. Place diced chocolate in 2 qt. stainless mixing bowl.
While holding over boiling water stir chocolate 'till smooth and melted. Slowly stir in melted butter and salt.
3. Mix eggs and sugar with an electric mixer on medium high speed for about 15 minutes until light and fluffy.
4. Fold melted chocolate into egg and sugar mixture 'till well incorporated.
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake an additional hour until a tooth pick could be inserted and removed clean.
6. Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries.
