Eggs beaten 4 ea
Sugar 1 1/2 c
Flour all purpose 4 Tbsp
Butter Melted 1/2 c
Buttermilk 1 c
Lemon Juice fresh 1 1/2 Tbsp
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pie Crust 10 inch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whip eggs and sugar in a stainless steel bowl.
2. Mix flour, melted butter, buttermilk, lemon juice, vanilla and salt.
3. Pour into prepare pie crust.
4. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
5. Turn heat down to 340 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes.
6. Allow to cool and serve with fresh whipped cream.
