2 c packed Fresh Basil leaves
2 Garlic Cloves- large
1/2 c Pine Nuts
3/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
2/3 c Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
With food processor- Combine basil and garlic in processor bowl and blend to a fine paste, scrapping down the sides of bowl as necessary. Add pine nuts and cheese and process until smooth. With processor running pour in olive oil slow and steady until smooth and creamy: if pesto is to thick, gradually pour up to 1/4 c of warm water with machine running. May freeze in ice cube trays. Put in bag and use as needed.
