1-2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2- 1 packet Liptons onion soup mix
1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1⁄2 cup water
1/2- 1 tsp. better than bouillon (roast beef flavor)
pepper
sliced mushrooms, as desired
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the meat, soups, onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic, water, bouillon, and pepper together in a crock pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Just before serving, stir in the mushrooms, cream cheese, and sour cream.
Serve over cooked, whole wheat egg noodles.

Modified this recipe a little bit. I sauted the onions, mushrooms, and garlic in olive oil (large pan), browned the meat, let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then I added all the ingredients (except the sour cream and cream cheese) to the crock pot and slow cooked for 4 hours. I added the sour cream and cream cheese afterwards and allowed it to warm and combine with the broths for about 30 minutes until it was desired thickness/consistency.
