4 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup water
1 tsp, Vanilla

Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN 375º
Grease & line a 15x10x1 pan with wax paper.
Blend eggs at high speed until thick & light. Add sugar gradually and
continue beating until thick. Add water & vanilla.
Beat in dry ingredients at lowest speed.

BAKE 375º
Bake 12 to 15mins
Lay out dish towel & generously spread confectioners sugar on the towel'
When you remove the roll from oven immediately turn pan over the towel,
peel off the waxed paper, roll up the roll, towel & all, just like a jelly roll.
When the roll is cool unroll it & then begin arranging fresh strawberries on the
roll(put lots of berries on roll...touch berry to berry). Spread cool whip over the
berries & roll up. Use toothpicks to hold together....keep refrigerated

***Sometimes I lightly sprinkle granulated sugar over the strawberries before
