2 delicata squash (about 1 lb each), sliced in 1/2 inches slices
1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh and finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss all ingredients on a sheet pan. Level the squash to be in a single layer. Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until soft and slightly golden.
