ounces fresh cranberries, rinsed

cup sugar
1⁄2
 cup orange juice

teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves, minced
1⁄2 
teaspoon orange zest, finely grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice and rosemary in a large sauce pan.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and add in the orange zest.
4. Cover and cool.
5. Return to room temperature before serving.
