1 lb. round steak
1 tbsp. cornstarch
tsp. sugar
tsp. ginger
c. soy sauce
3 peppers
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp. oil
c. water
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in thin strips. Combine cornstarch, sugar, ginger and soy sauce. Marinade meat. Quickly brown meat in oil. Remove. Add garlic, water and peppers. Stir, add tomatoes.
