Romaine Lettuce
Cucumber
Red Onion (sliced thin)
Tomatoes
Whole Black Olives
Avocado
1 lb. Salad Shrimp

Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Relish
Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Chop lettuce. Slice cucumber and tomato. In four beautiful bowls layer lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion and whole olives. Top with shrimp and "fanned avocado".

Serve with homemade 1000 Island Dressing. Mixing mayo, ketchup, relish and worcestershire sauce.
