3 C. mashed yams
1/2 C. sugar
1/3 C. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Add milk if needed for right consistency.

Topping:
1/3 C. flour
1 C. chopped pecans
1/3 C. melted butter
1 C. brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and put in a baking dish. Mix topping ingredients well and sprinkle over sweet potatoes.

Bake at 350º till brown. Approximately 30 minutes.
