30 Medjool dates
30 pecan halves, toasted
15 slices of bacon, cut in half lengthwise
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven ot 350º F.

Remove pit from dates with a small slit. Toast pecan halves in oven for3-5 minutes and place in each date. Wrap the bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a cookie sheet.

Bake 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp,turning once.

Transfer to paper towels to drain. Remove toothpicks and serve.
