1 pound + very lean ground beef
1 egg beaten
1,package Lipton onion soup mix
⅓ cup ketchup
cup water
half of a green pepper chopped
1 package of boil in a bag white rice
1T worshshire sauce
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. Form in a loaf and place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Slice the other half of the green pepper and place it across the top of the meatloaf. Pour ketchup back-and-forth across the meatloaf before putting in the 350 oven for 1 to 1 hours.

Place cut carrots, new potatoes, quartered onions and sliced sweet potatoes around the meatloaf before cooking and spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
