1-8 ounce cup V-8 juice
1 package lemon Jell-O
1 ¼ cup hot water
2 tablespoons vinegar

Let all above ingredients get thick.

Add 1 teaspoon grated onion finely grated, celery salt, measuring about 20 chopped olives and one celery stalk thinly sliced.

Fold ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator until jelled.
Serve on a couple of leaves of lettuce and a dollop of mayo on top!
