1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
4 c. whole almonds
¼ c. Stevia powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Lightly beat the egg white. Add water and beat again until frothy, but not stiff. Add nuts and stir until well coated. Separately, combine Stevia, salt, and cinnamon and sprinkle over nuts. Toss to coat and spread evenly on a lightly greased, 10x15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 1 hour until golden, turning occasionally. Cool and store in an airtight container.
