Ingredients:  
1 stewing chicken (about 4 lbs.)
1 small onion
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to taste
½ c. celery and leaves
½ tsp. garlic salt

Dumplings:
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ c. milk
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cut chicken, onion and celery in a pot. Partly cover with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add enough milk to make a thick batter. Drop with teaspoon into hot chicken broth. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover tightly and cook for 20 minutes without raising the top. Place on platter and serve with dumplings.
