Rocks Lemon Peel
2 oz. Bulleit Rye Whiskey
˝ oz. Simple Syrup
4 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
0.5 tsp Absinthe

Directions:
Directions:
Coat glass with Absinthe, dump extra. Add whiskey, syrup, and ice to mixing tin and stir. Strain over ice in coated rocks glass. Top with bitters.
