grilled corn, 2 ears, sliced off cob
1 head iceberg lettuce. chopped
1 container cherry tomatoes, sliced
½ red onion, chopped
1 8-oz. pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups crushed Taco Doritos

2 c. real mayo
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ c. cilantro, chopped

Seasonings: cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper - ¼ tsp. each or to taste

Directions:

Combine or layer first 6 ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Toss and serve.
