1 - 1 lbs Ground Beef
1 lb Breakfast-Style Sausage
1 Egg
cup Bread Crumbs
cup Ketchup
1 tsp Garlic (optional)
1 tsp Oregano (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Other spices as desired

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together. For meatloaf, put in loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
